Beijing KNT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KNT”) was established in September 2004. Since its establishment, the company has remained committed to serving key national energy industries, including electric power, petroleum, petrochemicals, and steel. Over the years, KNT has accumulated extensive experience through numerous power engineering projects and on-site applications, while cultivating and attracting a large number of professional and technical specialists. Since September 16, 2011, the company’s technical team has been further strengthened by outstanding graduates from Tsinghua University, doctoral-level professionals, and international technical experts. KNT has also established long-term research and technical collaboration mechanisms with several national-level professional institutes and industry experts in China.

KNT’s product portfolio is primarily designed for the thermal power, nuclear energy, urban rail transit, steel, and petrochemical markets. Through technical cooperation with specialized international manufacturers, the company develops and manufactures professional ventilation fans and silencers for urban rail transit systems, including metro applications, as well as large electric combined air dampers in open/close and regulating configurations, intelligent electric actuators, hydrogen removal systems, and related products. KNT has established an integrated industrial system covering design, research and development, manufacturing, and sales.

KNT’s production base is located in the Caiyu Science and Technology Park in Beijing. The site covers approximately 20 mu, with a total building area of 9,800 square meters, including production workshops, office buildings, staff accommodation, and supporting facilities. The modern manufacturing facility occupies 6,000 square meters, the office building covers 1,800 square meters, and the staff dormitory covers 1,600 square meters. The production base has an annual manufacturing capacity of more than 20 hydrogen concentration monitoring systems, excluding other product lines. It is also equipped with comprehensive software and hardware testing capabilities and advanced laboratory facilities, enabling the company to provide customers with reliable and transparent on-site testing data. As Beijing’s development focus has increasingly shifted toward the southeastern region, the company established an additional office in 2020, located in the core area of Yizhuang within the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area.

KNT operates through several key departments, including the General Manager’s Office, Supply and Sales Department, Production and Technology Department, Quality Assurance Department, Operations and Marketing Department, and Finance Department. Professional and technical personnel account for approximately 40% of the company’s workforce. In addition to introducing advanced international technologies, KNT has adopted modern overseas enterprise management practices. Professional management personnel from international partner companies also participate in business operations and management, helping ensure that the company’s management system remains highly professional and standardized.

In October 2014, KNT signed a cooperative research and development agreement with China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen for a containment hydrogen concentration monitoring system designed for severe nuclear power plant accidents. The two parties conducted extensive research and technical evaluation based on third-generation nuclear power technology routes, with the aim of identifying an effective and reliable solution. Following multiple rounds of design, testing, and verification, the development route was established around an electrochemical hydrogen sensor using a palladium-based alloy as the hydrogen-sensitive element. The system design fully considered the technical specifications and safety requirements of China’s third-generation nuclear power technologies. After more than three years of experimentation, testing, and validation, the engineering prototype met or exceeded all design targets, while its reliability was further confirmed.

KNT has always placed customer needs at the center of its operations. While continuing to expand within the power engineering industry, the company has earned the trust and recognition of numerous enterprises through attentive and professional service. KNT firmly believes that dedicated service, uncompromising quality, and advanced technology are the principles that drive long-term success. Through continuous effort and innovation, the company is committed to achieving mutually beneficial cooperation and creating lasting value for its customers and partners.
