Beijing Kainte Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2004. It is an integrated enterprise specializing in research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales, with operations spanning the metro, power transmission and transformation, nuclear power, and hydrogen energy sectors. In 2013, as part of its strategic transformation toward the high-end product market, the company partnered with Korea Atomic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture in China. The joint venture focuses on technologies and products for hydrogen mitigation systems in nuclear power plants, including hydrogen concentration monitoring systems, passive autocatalytic hydrogen recombiners, hydrogen igniters, nuclear fuel assembly inspection systems, and nuclear power plant waste treatment equipment.

In 2014, the company signed a joint research agreement with China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. for the development of a Severe Accident Containment Online Hydrogen Concentration Monitoring System. In July 2021, the project successfully passed third-party type testing and an expert appraisal organized by the National Nuclear Safety Center. In April 2022, the company was awarded a technology development and product supply contract by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. for the same type of system.

Leveraging its proprietary palladium-alloy nanofilm hydrogen sensor technology, the company has developed a range of hydrogen sensors, hydrogen analyzers, monitoring systems, and detection instruments. It provides multidimensional solutions and customized research and development services for the hydrogen industry and hydrogen energy sector.
