The project site featured a complex environment with densely arranged equipment and pipelines, placing high demands on platform load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and installation accuracy. Based on the equipment platform drawings provided by the client and the actual site conditions, the company selected hot-dip galvanized steel grating and T-type stair treads. The products were manufactured through pressure welding, edge banding, and hot-dip galvanizing, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. Following project delivery, platform access safety and maintenance convenience were significantly improved.
